THE BIBLE is my PHILOSOPHY Book. It tells me the origin, purpose and nature of all things. It also is my Book of ETHICS, telling me what is right and what is wrong. (II Tim 4:2)

The Bible is my ACCOUNTING Book. It tells me that in myself I have no assets before God. It shows me how I can have a 100% credit balance of righteousness through Christ, who died for my sins. I am now "found in Him, not having mine own righteousness, ... but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith" (Phil. 3:9).

The Bible is my LAW Book. It tells me how far short I have come from fulfilling the law of God. But it also shows me that Christ fulfilled the law for me, and that I can be justified by faith. (Romans 3:20-24 and 5:1).

The Bible is my ECONOMICS Book. It fully instructs me in the right use of money, and assures me that "God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus" (Phil. 4:19).

The Bible is my ENGLISH Book. The King James Authorized Version is the greatest collection of various types of literature in the world today: prose, poetry, biography, history, romance, sermons, essays, etc .. One cannot be an educated person without a thorough knowledge of the Bible.

The Bible is my POLITICAL SCIENCE Book. It instructs me in my duties to government as "the powers that be" (Rom. 13:1), as well as in my duties to God and my fellowman. The Book of Proverbs, especially, is full of hints for all interested in Political Science. The history of the nations in the Bible is an instructive sidelight on political science.

The Bible is my PSYCHOLOGY Book. It tells me what is wrong with the thinking of all men; it gives the failure and deceit of the "natural man" and the "carnal man", and gives me instruction on how to have "the mind of Christ."

The Bible is my BUSINESS MANAGEMENT Book. The Book of Proverbs is full of helps to the diligent business man, and tells him how to make a success of his business. The entire Bible has much to say on this subject.

The Bible is my SCIENCE Book. It not only gives me the only correct cosmology and cosmogony, but it also gives the secret of all true science: GOD, the Creator of all things, who created the laws of nature as well as nature itself when He made the universe.

The Bible is also much more; it is my HISTORY Book; it is my SOCIOLOGY Book; it is my INSURANCE Book; it is my 'RELIGION' Book, for it points me to the Plan of Salvation, it tells me how to get ready to meet God through repentance and faith in Christ, and shows me how to properly worship and serve Christ after I am saved.

(II Tim 3:15) "that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus."
